CANVITA COUNTRY SUGAR CAKE RECIPE You can find the recipe & instructions below. INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup vegetable Oil 1/2 cup Canvita Country sugar (nattu sakkarai) 1-1/4 cup All purpose flour(maida) 1 tsp baking powder 1/4th tsp baking soda 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp cocoa powder PROCEDURE: Take a bowl and add ½ cup condensed milk ,1/2 cup vegetable Oil, and 1/2 cup of Canvita Country sugar (nattu sakkarai) and mix these without forming any lumps. Add 1-1/4 cup All purpose flour(maida), 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4th tsp baking soda to the bowl and mix well. Add 1/2 cup milk to it and mix well. Divide this cake mixture into two halves . Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder to one of the mixture and mix well. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence to another mixture. Mix well. In baking tray, place the butter paper. Add 1 spoon of chocolate mixture to the tray. Add 1 spoon of Vanilla mixture. Repeat the steps. Design the cake as per your wish. Place the tray in oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
